MetCon:

3 Rounds, Not for Time

  • 3 Turkish Get Ups (35#)
  • 10 Goblet Squats (55#)
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings (55#)

*I modified the Kettlebell Swing to a Russian Kettlebell Swing (arms up to straight out in front instead of overhead) due to my shoulder.
