3 Rounds:

  • 5 second ring holds
  • 3 wall walks
  • 100 singles

EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) for 8 Minutes:

  • 2 Front Squats @ 80-85% (I did 135 pounds for lack of a max; felt great; could have gone 20-30 pounds more)

5 Sets:

  • As many ground to overhead as you can do in 45 seconds; 135# for men / 95# for women; I scaled to 85# and had reps of 6, 8, 7, 7, 7
  • 45 second rest before next round
