- Max Effort Unbroken Power Cleans - 175#

- Max Effort Unbroken Power Cleans - 155#

- Max Effort Unbroken Power Cleans - 135#
I ended up with 12 reps of front squats for the max reps set. For Power Cleans I did, 12 reps at 175#, 15 reps at 155#, and 30 reps at 135#.
And I was exhausted.
