In this complicated life, we have a little time for our own which we spend in our bedroom on bed. Most of are suffering from the severe diseases just because of not having enough time for look after of your own or improper sleeping. Human body needs at least 6 to 9 hours proper sleep for better functionality of inner body organs. Insomnia now a day is a popular disease, people with insomnia having dis satisfied sleep, staying asleep or wake up early in the morning. About 40 million people including adults in large ratio facing insomnia. The national institute of health general population research 30% of general population complains of sleep disruption and app 10% have associated symptoms of daytime functional. Insomnia includes depression, hypertension, fatigue, anxiety, back pains and many more trouble. There are many treatments are available to get rid of this difficulty. Sleeping hygiene, Cognitive therapy, relaxation techniques, avoiding reading, eating and watching TV on bed are some of the treatments recommended for insomnia.
