Changes since August on a national scale:
- The latest numbers are way, way up, everywhere in the country.
- President Trump had the virus in early October and was treated with Regeneron (still in experimental stage). He was not treated with hydroxychloroquine.
- Here in MN, hospitals are nearly at capacity.
- Just this week there was an outbreak among GOP state senators and staff, which they kept secret from the other side of the aisle.
- Two new vaccines show early signs of being extremely effective, but it will be a few months before they are widely available.
