The btrfs device delete command crashed. Shortly thereafter, the kernel paniced. Then, pretty much any attempt to do anything with the filesystem resulted in errors like:
parent transid verify failed on 36911460777984 wanted 371005 found 371000
followed by a segfault, an exit with an assert, or a kernel oops.
