I got the book yesterday and am about half way through it. Very impressed by the life of Adam Brown and what he overcame. In addition, I am enamored by the intensity that he lived his life.

I finished this book on my flight from Florida this morning and have to admit I had trouble not weeping as I read. Such a powerful story.

If I were to try to sum Adam Brown up, it would be that he was a man intent on sucking the marrow out of life, not for his own enrichment but for that of those around him.
