WOD #1 for Paleo Challenge

  • 4:00 Row for Calories
  • 1:00 Rest
  • 3:00 Pull Ups
  • 1:00 Rest
  • 2:00 Back Squats (#115)
  • 1:00 Rest
  • 1:00 Shoulder to OH (#95)

I ended up getting 80 calories on the row, 11 pull ups, 35 squats, and 16 presses for a total score of 142.
