Front Squat:

  • 5 @ 70% (178#)
  • 4 @ 80% (204#)
  • 3 @ 85-90% (216-229#)
  • 2 @ 90-95% (229-242#)
  • 1 @ 95-99% (242-250#)

Then Push Press, 5x5 at a medium weight.

I did:

  • 175#
  • 205#
  • 225#
  • 245#
  • 275# (this was really easy)

Then on Push Press, I used 115# shoulders got sore but got through it without it getting too bad.
