Back Squat:

  • 5 @ 60% - 207
  • 3 @ 75% - 258
  • 1 @ 85% - 295
  • 2 @ 90% - 310
  • 4 x (7 @ 75%) - 258

Then:

15;00 to work up to heavy push press.

Instead of doing the push press due to my on going shoulder issues, I did:

4 Rounds:

  • 6 good mornings at 135#
  • 10 GHDs

Ended with one lap outside around the building.
