3 Sets, NFT:

  • 10 Alternating Pistols
  • 3 Muscle Ups (or HSPU)
  • 10 Candlesticks

Then:

5x5 Bear Complex (medium/heavy)

I used 95# for the bear complex. Transitioning to back squat was murder on my right shoulder impingement.
