I raced from the race downtown to make the 9a class.

Partner workout with Jim.

For Time do 40 reps of each:

  • Box Jumps
  • Pull Ups
  • KB Swings (40#)
  • Lunge Steps
  • KB Push Press (40#)
  • Wall Ball (20#)
  • Burpees
  • Sit Ups

The partner not doing the movements above does 15 medicine ball cleans. When they are through with the medicine ball cleans, they switch off with the other partner to continue through the reps of whatever movement they are on.

Jim and I finished in 18:37.
