Lift:

Front Squats:

  • 5 @ 60% (135#)
  • 4 @ 70% (155#)
  • 3 @ 80% (180#)
  • 2 @ 90% (205#)
  • Max Reps @ 85% (190#)

MetCon:

  • Max Effort Unbroken Power Cleans - 175#
  • Rest 2:00
  • Max Effort Unbroken Power Cleans - 155#
  • Rest 2:00
  • Max Effort Unbroken Power Cleans - 135#

I ended up with 12 reps of front squats for the max reps set. For Power Cleans I did, 12 reps at 175#, 15 reps at 155#, and 30 reps at 135#.

And I was exhausted.
