Reps: 50-40-30-20-10

  • Wall ball (20/14#)
  • Box jumps (24/20")
  • KB swings (55/35#)

I used 20# medicine ball, 24" box, and 53# kettle bell.

I lost my breath fairly quickly and struggled to keep going. We had to stop at 30 minutes.
