We're contemplating Surface 3 Pro as replacements for our againg fleet of HP laptops. My impressions as an IT admin.
Stylus Setup Glitch: During initial power-on and setup, I was very surprised to see it tell me to pair the stylus right away. I wasn't even aware there was a stylus. I had to dig it out of the box, then hunt for an included battery, figure out how to unscrew and insert the battery, then try to follow the on-screen instructions for telling the stylus to pair over Bluetooth.
All with a countdown timer running on the screen.
After all that, I was told the pairing had failed.
I stuck the stylus back in the box and haven't even thought about it since.

The initial "tile" Start screen has a metric ton of crap on it. Very sad.
