On a quick thought, I would love some structure that combined:

  • "Tension" (Holacracy)
  • Separation of Governance from Tactics (Holacracy)
  • "Braintrust" feedback groups (Pixar)
  • "Sponsors" (Gore/Lattice)
  • Circle structure (Sociocracy)
  • "Personnel with a sense of management" (Amoeba)
